.py files not showing as unversioned

I noticed some time ago that some new files I add don't show when I
select to "Show unversioned files" in the commit dialog.

It seems that the .py files don't show, I see .png, .gif, .rep etc but
never a .py.

Is there some setting which I inadvertently set?

I am on Windows Vista with Toroisesvn 1.4.8 build 12137
