Feature-Request: Commit window select all with lock

Hi,

maybe it's not to late for TortoiseSVN 1.5.0:

One of our developers wants to commit only files with Lock. The only way
is to sort by the Lock column and select it manually.

A new checkbox "Select /deselect all with Lock" would be helpful :)
