BUG: .MSI installer uninstall do not work without original .msi package

While installing new version of TortoiseSVN, i was asked for .msi package of the old (currently installed) version of TortoiseSVN. I was asked for the same when trying to uninstall previous version.

Since I do cleanup in my download folders, I was not able to uninstall the previous version. Uninstaller should uninstall without access to original .msi package in downloads folder.
