improvements for add dialog: extension and/or tree browser

Hi there,

when adding larger filesets with TortoiseSVN via the add command we
are missing two important feature:
1. de/selecting files via extensions (e.g. *.bin, *.pch etc)
2. de/selection directories via

I think
1. should be very easy to implement in the current GUI. Just split the
filenames into filename and extension
2. is a bit more complicated to implement but would improve the add
dialog for large sets

what do you think about this ?
