Well, if your key needs a passphrase it obviously can't be used without
it, as that would negate any use the passphrase would have.

Either create a key with no (i.e. an empty) passphrase, or run pageant
so tortoisePlink (which is based on PuTTY's plink) will only ask for the
passphrase once as long as pageant is running...
