Bug report: SVN doesn't uses proxy for "show log" operation

Hi,

I'm using Tortoise SVN for Windows, the version is as follows:

TortoiseSVN 1.4.8, Build 12137 - 32 Bit , 2008/02/16 11:09:38
Subversion 1.4.6,
apr 0.9.12
apr-iconv 0.9.7
apr-utils 0.9.12
berkeley db 4.4.20
neon 0.27.2
OpenSSL 0.9.8d 28 Sep 2006
zlib 1.2.3

I'm using Tortoise SVN through a proxy server. Almost all operations
work fine, but "show log" doesn't. This operation just hangs :( However,
if the proxy server is set for the whole OS globally, Tortoise SVN
finely shows the log.

How can I fix the problem?

Thanks!
