Version 1.4.8 crashes Windows Explorer

Hi,

I just downloaded version 1.4.8 of TortoiseSVN (32-bit the msi version) and
tried it on a system with Windows XP Pro SP2. When the system restarts, I
tried bringing up a context menu by right-clicking on a file, but every time
I did, Windows Explorer crashed. If I uninstall TortoiseSVN, the context
menus work fine. I've tried shutting down everything I could during the
install, but the behavior persists. I believe this may be a bug in itself or
one in interaction with other software running on my computer.
