You will most likely have problems if you store your working copy
on the drive letter that Citrix maps back to your local PC, since
the Citrix protocol does not handle file timestamps very well via
that mounted drive. You can usually successfully checkout files
to that mounted drive, but checkins will fail with timestamp errors.

(This is an issue with the svn command line as well, it is not
  specific to TortoiseSVN.)
