Save list of selected files to... null characters ??

Has anyone noticed that when you:

#1) Compare revisions of two branches in the RepoBrowser
#2) Select some files
#3) Select the "Save list of selected files to..." option

The resulting txt file is full of null characters for every character
under (wordpad, programmers notepad, etc)
Could it be the encoding is wrong ?

Using:
 - TortoiseSVN-1.4.8.12137
 - Windows XP Pro service pack 2
