Huh?

You can already tell Explorer to show the "SVN Revision" and "SVN short
URL" columns which contain exactly that information...

The command to select the columns to show is somewhere in the "View"
menu - can't tell you it's English name since I've only got a German
Windows XP here, but it should be something like "Choose columns...".
