Can't seem to change the user for updating

Hello all.

Recently I just switched to using authz along with prescribed users and groups
for source control in Subversion.

Suddenly, our build machin'es tortoisesvn install refused to do any updates
for us. I tried to clear out the authentication settings for that install but
the button to do so was greyed out.

What is the next ste then? How does one then specify the user for just doing
an update to bring in updated source to that machine?
