Casing in Relocate dialog

After switching from svnserve to VisualSVN Server we needed to relocate our repositories to a different URL. Some folks didn't catch on that they were case sensitive and VisualSVN Server allowed them to check out http://sourcedepot/svn/foo which didn't help.

We had them use the Relocate function in TSVN to change the URL to http://sourcedepot/svn/Foo. When using the mouse to navigate the dialog as we clicked OK that TSVN would change the case back to http://sourcedepot/svn/foo. You could actually see it happen as you clicked OK and before the warning dialog changed. When we did it through the keyboard (tab over a few, hit enter while still having focus in the To URL field) it did respect the case change however. Smells like a bug to me, no?
