Issue, two files with same name in one folder

I have this case where I try to checkout a project but it fails in
"Can't copy" error. I then browse the projects web interface (fisheye)
and found that there are two files with a same name in one folder. The
project author does not know what caused it and how to fix it.

Any ideas?
