missing items in menu ...

HI,

For some reason, the actual items I see in the context menu differ
from the ones in the manual.

For example, I can't see anywhere the "changeList" option. Can't
create one, can't view one, can't see any relation to it in any
context menu whatsoever.

I have installed the latest version (1.4.8).

Any ideas ?
