If you can tell us where the problems are, and where you have found
better guides, we can maybe try to improve ours, or make reference to
others.

But TortoiseSVN is a client, so it makes little difference whether you
have one or many users. Are you referring to the SVN manual or the
TortoiseSVN manual?
