There is a checkbox at the bottom of the commit dialog which must be
checked if you want to keep the changelist. This is the default
behaviour for subversion clients.

Thanks. We hope to get a release candidate out soon, but we're waiting
for subversion to release their first release candidate. For now
please keep testing the nightly builds :-)
