non-versioned files in subfolder are not recognized when committing

Hello,
I am using Tortoise since a year now and I am very happy with it.

Since some time I have a problem: When I am commiting a folder, normally
tortoise recognizes automatically new files and lists them under
"non-versioned" in the commit-window. For some reason, in some of my
subfolders, these new files are not recognized anymore, but in some other
subfolders they are.

Does anyone know where this problem could be? I thoght maybe I accientially
put this subfolder to the ignore list, but changed files in the same
directory are recognized.... strange, I do not understand.

thanks foy any help,
Hans
