Commit fails 403 error for .asp file containing "Chr(10)"

Hi There;

I have found that if I try to commit a *.asp file that contains the text
Chr(10) it fails with a 403 Forbidden error. The number in the brackets is
unimportant. The problem does not occur if the file is .txt In some cases I
can modify the Chr to say CXhr, which commits fine then edit it back to Chr
and the commit will succeed. But not always.

Client:
Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit
TortoiseSVN 1.4.8 build 12137

Protocol: https

Server:
Linux
Apache 1.3.36
svn server version reported as 1.4.5 but unconfirmed

Hope this helps. Happy to answer any further questions as best I can.
