Phil,
Thanks for the reply. I figured it out. I wasn't appending the
repository name to the URL. I can get there now. I am now on to
resolving permissions.

try clearing the Tortoise/settings/saved data cache

verify you don't have a case sensitive issue with your ID and
Password.
