TortoiseProc: Working Copy Window Checkbox has accidental selectability

Thanks for such an excellently run project.

I am using TortoiseSVN 1.4.8 build 12137 (32 bit)

The checkboxes on the bottom of the Working Copy Window extend well
beyond the button labeling, and appear to extend along with window size.
If I attempt to bring the Working Copy window to the foreground by
clicking in the shadow area, the checkbox associated with the row is
toggled and the window is unexpectedly updated.
