Feature request: predefine Log message in command:copy

Hello,

when tagging by TSVN automation (/command:copy) it would be very helpful
to be able to pre-fill the log message in the dialog (same as /logmsg
in /command:commit).

P.S.: Thanks for the really fast implementation of the pre-fill URL
feature request and sorry that I forgot to mention the logmsg in that
request...
