I just download the lastest tortoisesvn zh_CN doc, and fount it is incorrect
for me too.
I have the two fonts you mentioned installed.
I download several version from source forge, the same issue happens on not
only
the lastest, but also 1.4.6/1.4.7/1.4.8/1.5.0-alpha1/1.5.0-beta1.
1.4.5 is fine for me.
