I'm really sorry about that. I've moderated your mail through, but the
moderation doesn't work right now correctly. The tigris.org guys are
trying to find the source of the problem but haven't succeeded so far.
The only reliable way for now to get your mail to the list is to subscribe.

You have to pass the installation folder to the msi installer.
