If you mean that you checked out something into an already existing
directory with many large files, then you just need to delete the .svn
directory and TSVN will no longer consider it a working copy.

If any subdirectories were checked out, they'll still be considered
working copies unless you delete them (or delete their .svn
directories also).

You'll also need to manually delete any extra files that the checked
created in your directory.

Note: if you can't see the .svn folders, you may need to turn on 'Show
Hidden Files and Folders' (Explorer: Tools -> Folder Options ->
View[TAB]). (Windows XP - Vista is probably similar).
