Crash when renaming directory which contains locked files

A crash occurs when you rename a directory which contains locked files.

Steps to reproduce:
- Lock a file
- Rename the directory in the repo browser where this files is located in.
- First you get an error message.. but if you click on the OK button,
tortoiseproc will crash.
