Hook Scripts

On r12378 I am seeing a small bug on the Hook Scripts setting dialog.
If you set the "Command Line To Execute" text box to start with
something that doesn't look like a path, like WScript, when you come
back to edit it later the "..." button doesn't do anything.

There are also a couple of possible issues with the documentation for
hook scripts. I'm not sure if this has to do with the setup of my
computer, but I can't get a .js file (like from TSVN
contrib/hook-scripts) to execute by itself, like it shows in the
documentation. I have to prepend "WScript" to make it run.

The last sentence in that scripts says that for debugging you can watch
what happens in the DOS window if you don't check "Hide the script while
running". I've never been able to get anything to show up in the DOS
box. It pops up for the duration of the operation, but there is no
output.

I'm using the post-update hook in all of these cases.

Thanks,
Josha Foust
