No, the folder doesn't exist at all. I can manually whack the folder, so that
it's not there at all. (It doesn't exist in the repo, either. I checked to see
if I might have accidentally added it, somehow confusing svn. But, no,
that's not the case.) The folder appears as part of my java build process,
which is completely generic. The bin folder is just the output of javac.exe.

I have another machine sitting right beside me where this isn't happening.
Same exact project.
