We did, about 2 years, ago. Was using SVN 1.3.* at the time.

I forget, however, whether we had to use Windows-style paths and options.

Also, if you aren't careful, you might run into Windows command line
length limits. POSIX command line shells preprocess command lines,
expanding file globbing, while Windows apps are expected to handle the
file globbing themselves.
