Feature request: Spell check with recognition of composite identifiers.

Hello all!

It would be nice if tortoise svn should check spelling or long composite
identifiers item by item (I guess only trivial programs doesn't contain
ones). It can be camelHumpsCasing of PascalCasing, or even BASIC_CASING.
Anyway - it only depends how to recognize the beginning and the end of
the words.

For example, someProperCompositeIdentifier shouldn't be marked as
incorrect (even if now Thunderbird told me that it is :-) ), while
ThisIdentifierContiansMistake only third word has an error and had to be
marked respectively. From another side it even can help to find typos in
identifiers in sources, in case if identifier was selected from
drop-down list (with current code completion systems identifier can
contain mistake even it used through bid project... developers are so
inattentive :-) ).

Thanks,
Andriy Kvasnytsya
