Cannot non-recursively commit directory deletion

From: Olivier Lefevre <lefevrol_at_yahoo.com>

I am getting the dreaded "cannot non-recursively commit directory deletion"
with Tortoise 1.4.8 but that makes no sense because I *am* leaving
everything checked in the Tortoise check-in dialog: in fact, I am
committing the entire source tree, nothing unchecked. So, what can I do to
force Tortoise to check in my changes?

Thanks,
