  Upgrading is just a matter of replacing the binaries and the three .so files, correct? No change or install required.
   
  I was waiting for the 1.5 version to upgrade. If the upgrade is simple I could go that route.

Either would work, but it is a good idea to upgrade the server
binaries to 1.4.6 anyway. 1.3 is quite old now and may not be
receiving any further security fixes once svn 1.5 is released.
