explorere.exe crashes

I'm getting way too many explorer.exe (Vista x86) crashes and when I
debug the stack shows msvcr80.dll being called from TortoiseSVN.dll. I
don't get a crash dump file (that I know of). The crashes typically
occur when I'm indexing photos and not when I'm doing version control
work. I'm using 1.4.8. What can I do to provide a more meaningful
report?
