Bug in re-open commit dialog after commit fails

From: Dave Lawrence <dlawrence_at_ad-holdings.co.uk>

TSVN 1.5.0-alpha1.

1) Commit dialog is invoked by right clicking on a file and then
clicking "commit"
2) Other files are added by dragging them into the dialog
3) The commit fails due to the working copy being out of date
4) The commit dialog reopens due to the user settings

The files that have been added at step (2) are no longer in the dialog
when it reappears at step (4). I don't think this is a new bug as I
seem to recall that some weeks ago (running a nightly) I found that I
had committed less files than I thought I had.

Regards
Dave
