How to remove an item from the "Move to changelist" list? SVN Commit -> right click on a modified file -> Move to changelist

Is it possible to delete a changelist? I created one using an older nightly build and have never been able to get rid of it. I moved some files into the changelist then commited then but the changelist still hangs around. Are changelist suppose to disappear once they've been used? I'm using 1.4.99 Build 12134 - 2/15/2008.
