tortoise on vista

Hi,

I'm trying to install tortoise on vista (unfortunately I
have to use Vista for a couple of days) and getting the
odd message, that "I have to let it check if this is a
valid installation package"

I have Vista and I tried to install another Windows
Installer although as far as I know, Vista has WI 4.0
already.

I need immediate help
