can't write to connection

hi there,
i'm new to this list - I hope you can help me.

I've been using tortoisesvn for months without any kind of problems.
Actually, it started to prompt to me this error:

svn: Can't write to connection: An existing connection was forcibly
closed by the remote host

it's true that my project source code is quite big, and it's true that
it happens when i've to commit large file (5MB) or if i've to commit a
large amount of files (50 files). Do u have any idea? It seems to me
that it could be a timeout problem on subversion server.

best regards
