Hmm, the command line isn't working. It is saying:
"svn.exe: missing argument: m"
Here is my command line:
c:\IT\personal\rocket_test>"c:\program files\TortoiseSVN\bin\svn.exe" ci
rocket_test.sln engine\boblib\math.h -m
