Diff+blame with Tortoise command line

Hi. I've looked for this on Nabble and using Google. Sorry if I'm asking
after the obvious.
I want to use TortoiseSVN's command line to get a blame'd diff of two
revisions. I know how to do blame that way, and how to do diff. But I would
not know how to do the combination of those two from the command line, while
I see Tortoise doing it when I choose it from the GUI. Would you be so nice
as to help me?
