from a 1.4.5 build

The explorer views of the source tree status and the VC6 view of the source
tree status are now inconsistent.

In particular the VC file dialog appears correct and shows all differences

while the explorer view does not correctly show modification status.

What am I doing wrong?

Or Else

Has any one else seen this problem?
