Thanks for the reply. The vs2008 project which says is unavailable in the IDE has a green check-mark beside it in TSVN, but the repo-browser does not show it.
Perhaps I can remove all the SVN stuff associated with the WC and start all over again with a new repo. How do I safely remove the green check-marks?

You maybe forgot to add a project file to version control. When the
solution is open, check which project has the problem (it is shown in
gray in the solution explorer). Then check if that project file is
really there. If not, you forgot to add it to version control.
