Revert changes from this revision

I've been having a problem with "Revert changes from this revision" from
the log dialog. I'm on r11898 on 32 bit XP SP2. In some of the higher
level directories in the WC, when I perform this command I get an error
message as follows:

Command: Merging revisions 2709-2708 of http://... into C:\Projects\...,
respecting ancestry
Error: Malformed URL for repository

It transfers 96KB of data before giving this error. It seems to be
related to a specific sub-directory that was recently reorganized. If I
try this operation on any of the other sub-directories, it works fine.
I'm running against a 1.4.0 server, which I realize is a bit old, but I
don't see anything about this issue in the changelog.

I've been messing around with the problematic sub-directory (to be known
as A from now on) and have gotten some weird results. If I revert the
revision on A's only sub-directory first, I can then revert the revision
on A. I've deleted A and updated its parent directory to get a fresh
copy, but I still see the problem.

I just tried this with TSVN 1.4.5 on another box and it worked fine.

Should I work on creating a reproduction recipe?
