Quality Management - TSVN

Hi,

I am a student and work in a Java plugin project at the
university.

As they made me resposible for the quality management and
we are using Tortoise and the following file system in
SVN:

group xx \ phase y \ devel (inhere is the developement
source)
group xx \ phase y \ stable (inhere is the runnable source)

I was wondering whether I can use TSVN's features to
support the quality management.

1- The first idea was integrating TSVN nightly builds but
it turns out that it is not a good one. I will use
Maven/Ant for this task.

2- Another idea would be getting TSVN somehow in
connection with our project webpage (we are using trac) so
that TSVN writes weekly reports for each stable folder. We
want to integrate code rating into our project (each class
is given a color tag, say red=not reviewed code,...,
blue=very trusted code and is probably not going to
change) Could Tortoise read those tags and write them on
our project site for example?

3- Do you have any other ideas about how to integrate TSVN
in our quality management?

Any help is welcome

Thanks in advance
