Some computers suddenly returns: Commit failed: MKACTIVITY of : 403 Forbidden

Hi

Our workers using as client: TortoiseSVN 1.3.5, Build 6804 - 32 Bit with
Server: Subversion 1.3.2-r19776

I have bumped into an annoying phenomenon:

Some specific computers are returning "Commit failed: MKACTIVITY of... :
403 Forbidden" after trying to commit some work.

This is necessarily connected to specific working stations (machines or
addresses) since I disqualify the users possibility by committing works
with different users from several computers (station which failed to
commit work for one user also failed for other users and vice versa).

I also tried to delete and recreate the users and as I said before it
doesn't connected to the users definition.

I also reinstalled Tortoisesvn and updated to more later versions and it
doesn't solve it.

Any ideas?
