VS2005 WebSite Project and TortoiseSVN?

Hello,

I have a Visual Studio WebSite Project (NOT "Web Project".)

This type of project generates a precompiled version of the website.

I am using the latest tortoisesvn gui and when I make a new build of the
website the file that tortoise picks up as changed is the .SUO file, when
actually other files were changed also.

Has anyone had this issue and come up with a solution, or am I missing
something?
