I have two clients with similar "overlay/decorator" issues (not displaying). Can someone repost or resend the solution if one was found for Don (see below)?

I checked before uninstall - ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers had 1TortoiseSVN
through 7TortoiseSVN and Offline Files. After uninstall and reboot, only
Offline Files remained. After re-install TSVN, I have 1TortoiseSVN through
7TortoiseSVN again plus Offline Files. But no icon overlays in the Windoze
Exploiter.

The values associated with the keys appear valid (referring to an
InProcSserver32 key for the installed tortoisesvn.dll
