The "Automating TortoiseSVN" section in the help files would be a good starting point.

Subject: Call TortoiseSVN commands from a batch file?

I'm trying to find a way to open the "SVN Commit" dialog, for a particular
folder under SVN. I want to do this in a batch file, so I'll know the folder
name beforehand.

The reason for this is because I've got batch files to deploy my solutions to
the live server. I'm not usually 'at' the explorer location of my files at this
time and I forget to commit my files. I'd like to script this so I remember.

I know I can script SVN, but I really want to script TortoiseSVN, so the gui
dialogs appear.

Any ideas?
