read-only after commit since 1.4.7

Hi,

I updated from TortoiseSVN 1.4.5 to 1.4.7 today. Since then all files
commited are read-only afterwards. This did not happen before. How can
this be? I do not have any need-lock-property on the files. I am working
on Windows XP.
