I could not find the UUIDs anywhere in Tortoise, but the "svn info"
command showed they are the same. Here are the relevant outputs from
the two info commands:

Path: .
URL: http://svn.server:8080/repos1/project/trunk
Repository Root: http://svn.server:8080/repos1
Repository UUID: 2ad779bc-9127-0410-89ac-c3ca0f66b9f7
Revision: 32
Node Kind: directory
Schedule: normal

Path: .
URL: http://svn.server:8080/repos1/common/component
Repository Root: http://svn.server:8080/repos1
Repository UUID: 2ad779bc-9127-0410-89ac-c3ca0f66b9f7
Revision: 32
Node Kind: directory
Schedule: normal
