Everything is kept inside the .svn folders.

But please, use the repository browser first and check under /Projects
if there are two folders with the same name but differ only in case.

It doesn't matter if your other projects work fine - they might work
fine now, but only as long as updates don't affect the folder(s) which
are duplicates (i.e. those with the same name but differing in case).
