proxy setting

Hi,
Im using Turt_v1.4.6 (latest).
Looks like a SVN just ignores Proxy settings.
It's not working behind firewall, no matter what Proxy is set to.
Works just fine on the internet, no matter what Proxy is set to.
What do I missed ?!
